Concept Design Assistant

Ralph Lauren is seeking a creative and adaptable self-starter to fill the role of Concept Design Assistant for Women’s Polo Design. This position provides support for the Women’s Concept team across concept design, licensee design, brand styling, and special projects. The role requires superior organizational and problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced environment.

• Manage sample pulling, management, and returns for various types of samples.
• Handle digital file management and organize team share folders.
• Support digital and physical presentations, including gathering materials and editing images.
• Assist in supporting licensee design and track licensee samples.
• Maintain and update the concept print library.
• Book models and photographers for concept presentations.
• Take notes during concept meetings and share with attendees.
• Prepare for line reviews and style outs, supporting space set-up.
• Research concept prompts and pitch ideas to the team.

• Background in fashion, art, or design.
• Strong understanding of Polo Woman and high taste level.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across various teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Minimum of three days a week on site/office.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
