Responsibilities- Consistently deliver excellent customer service to all clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store and product locations.
- Resolve common customer service issues according to policy.
- Manage all incoming inquiries in person, by phone, or email.
- Respond to internal and external client requests and complaints within 24 hours.
- Process gift cards for all clients.
- Support Customer Service as needed.
- Provide sales floor support with POS super-user skills.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships within the concierge community.
- Build and maintain relationships with Concierge vendors.
- Stay informed about the best local spots and city attractions.
- Participate in concierge-related events and information sessions.
- Assist and participate in in-store meetings and events.
- Ensure plasma screen text is current and relevant.
- Respond promptly to event-related requests.
- Comply with all health and safety policies and requirements.
- Ensure privacy protection, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity measures.
Requirements- High school diploma.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Functional knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Fluency in French and English.
