Concierge

The Concierge at Holt Renfrew is responsible for providing superb customer service to all clients, ensuring an environment that meets the highest standards. This role involves acting as an ambassador for the store, maintaining expert knowledge of the store and its products, and resolving customer service issues efficiently.

• Provide consistently excellent customer service to all clients.
• Maintain expert knowledge of store layout and product locations.
• Resolve standard customer service issues within policy guidelines.
• Manage all incoming inquiries and requests in person, via phone, or email.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints within 24 hours.
• Process gift cards for internal and external clients.
• Support the client services department as needed.
• Act as POS super users to support the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the concierge community and with vendors.
• Attend concierge events and information sessions.
• Assist with store events, including list creation and ticket collection.
• Ensure plasma screen text is current and relevant.
• Respond to event-related inquiries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber security measures.

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
