- Prepare for client appointments and participate to personalize experiences.
- Follow up on appointments and manage garment alterations and deliveries.
- Assist with shipping, packing, and delivery of merchandise.
- Support Made-To-Measure scheduling and follow-ups.
- Manage daily and weekly administrative tasks and client appointment logging.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of sales and alteration areas.
- Develop and review sales plans and conduct client reviews.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales and client development experience or related experience.
- Experience in menswear retail, including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure is a bonus.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer service experiences both online and in-store.
- Desire to participate in training initiatives and incorporate acquired skills.
- Interest in technology to support retail Customer Service functions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
