Concierge - South Coast Plaza

As a Concierge at South Coast Plaza, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their experience with Louis Vuitton. You will build genuine relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and directing them to the appropriate departments.

• Initiate and build genuine relationships with clients.
• Determine client needs and offer direction to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with the Client Experience team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
• Act as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring every client is treated with courtesy and integrity.
