Responsibilities- Create creative and engaging fashion-focused videos that support marketing campaign priorities.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Creative Managers, Production, Art Direction, Styling, and other partners to develop a vision for marketing and social video content.
- Contribute to concepting and storyboarding to reinforce marketing priorities and creative direction.
- Anticipate and resolve on-set challenges creatively using appropriate resources and solutions.
- Manage digital assets through multiple rounds of edits and formats, aligning with archiving best practices.
- Execute processes efficiently while maintaining department guidelines and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with motion graphics designers and colorists to ensure deliverable timelines are met.
- Lead the video post-production process with internal team stakeholders, including creative reviews and revisions.
- Stay current on fashion, social media video, CGI, and AI trends and explore ways to incorporate these concepts into video content.
Requirements- Expert knowledge of current video workflows, including DSLR and iPhone.
- Strong video storytelling skills in a retail and fashion environment.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, produce, shoot, and edit engaging fashion-driven media content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
- Fluency in Adobe CC software, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator; ability to work in Resolve is a plus.
- Strong understanding of color profile management for video and image.
- Strong understanding of video encoding/transcoding, specifically for web.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in dealing with multiple priorities and timelines.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently while supporting the video team as needed.
- Passion for exploring and incorporating new technologies in video creation, including scripting, production, editing, and graphics.
