Coordinator - Digital Strategy

As a Coordinator in Digital Strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving growth within the eCommerce division at Hermès. You will support the team in optimizing product assortment, evaluating user needs, and identifying market trends to enhance the online user journey.

• Develop a broad understanding of eCommerce and Merchandising functions to support the Digital Strategy team across multiple divisions.
• Prepare daily reports on sales trends, stock movement, traffic, and CRM highlights, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Assist in developing market preparational tools for the eCommerce buying team ahead of buying appointments.
• Review sales and stock levels to drive online business and ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor product deliveries and collaborate with cross-functional teams for website highlights and product launches.
• Support the execution of short- and long-term projects, ensuring alignment across initiatives.
• Compile competitive analyses on industry best practices in the digital space.

• 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, digital analytics, or a buying role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Natural problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of French is helpful but not required.
