eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator

As an eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the eCommerce catalogue, supporting site auditing, competitive analysis, and business development initiatives. This temporary position offers an opportunity to work closely with the eCommerce team to enhance the online shopping experience.

• Perform daily quality assurance for the site, identifying and resolving issues such as bugs, broken images, and load speed.
• Conduct regular catalogue audits to update sizing, product information, and descriptions.
• Complete daily stock audits online.
• Compile competitive analysis focusing on internal search, cross-selling, and menu optimizations.
• Review and optimize menu navigations and groupings to boost sales and stock rotations.
• Maintain the omni-channel catalogue, including routine addition/removal of references and monthly analysis reporting.
• Create product selections for merchandising pushes and monitor their presentation daily.
• Compile and present monthly business analysis and competitive analysis reports.
• Support the customer service team with catalogue and image-related issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
