Job Description

Summary

The Client Insights Coordinator supports the Client Insights and Analytics department with reporting, dashboard development, data accuracy, and project management. The role delivers high-quality client insights for Americas headquarters and retail teams to support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboards and deliver day-to-day reporting using Excel and business intelligence tools.
  • Maintain data accuracy and database hygiene, and manage client insights data and projects.
  • Support CRM activities and automate reports and data workflows.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and retail teams, with regional travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM support, retail analytics, or client insights; luxury experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with familiarity with CRM platforms and business intelligence tools.
  • Fluency in English, strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
  • Available to work a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the office and 1 remote day.
