Job Description

Summary

The Coordinator supports Hermes.com and flagship boutique clients as the primary point of contact via phone, email and live chat, delivering elevated client service and contributing to eCommerce strategy. This onsite role requires exceptional communication, product knowledge, and professionalism to resolve inquiries and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone, email and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Place online orders and follow up on pending orders
  • Resolve delivery issues related to e-Commerce orders
  • Respond to client voicemails and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies for data protection
  • Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Support teammates and assist in mentoring new members
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage complex requests with discretion and sound judgment
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Open availability including weekends
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
