Coordinator - Distribution Services

As a Coordinator in Distribution Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of orders within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, while adhering to company policies and operational procedures. You will act as a liaison between customers and the distribution center team, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery.

• Process incoming order requests and offer alternative item selections when necessary.
• Review and correct client order confirmations using EDI software.
• Issue Return Authorizations as requested and approved.
• Prepare Loans and ITS documents for processing.
• Perform daily and weekly reporting tasks, including Merchandise On-Hand and Back Order Merchandise reports.
• Communicate and support retail boutiques with inbound merchandise shipment requirements.
• Assist with inventory control and reconciliation processes.
• Summarize and inform team members of changes to vendor routing guidelines.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or department.
• High School Diploma required; BS or BA Degree preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including extended holiday hours.
