Summary
The E-Retail Coordinator supports the E-Retail Manager in managing and growing the brand’s online presence on retailer sites, ensuring consistent elevated digital presentation and driving conversions through site merchandising, asset coordination, and retailer collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee timely setup of product pages for new launches and existing products including asset delivery and retailer form completion
- Continuously monitor and improve site merchandising across e-retail partners to ensure brand consistency
- Collaborate with retail partners to enhance organic visibility and improve search ranking
- Coordinate with local creative teams and HQ to resize visuals and optimize product copy for the US market
- Support development of creative briefs for retailer co-op programs and track retailer visibility
- Track retailer events and marketing exposures and share updates with internal and HQ teams
- Maintain promotional calendars and update contact lists
- Process invoices and manage purchase orders
Requirements
- Detail oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly motivated self starter with proactive ownership and follow through
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Collaborative team player able to work independently and with cross functional partners
- Negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with retailers
- Working knowledge of retailer site functionalities and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Adobe Photoshop knowledge a plus
