Summary
Support the Global Employee Relations Center of Excellence by managing analytics projects operations and communications. Serve as a project lead on initiatives including events department budget HR case management systems and intranet sites while partnering with HR colleagues to deliver continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Gather data from HRIS systems and analyze trends to create reports dashboards and presentations
- Optimize performance and usage of tools such as Scout Oracle and project plans
- Maintain and improve Employee Relations and Leave Management intranet pages
- Draft employee communications and respond to inquiries from departmental emails
- Provide project management for annual company events including vendor sourcing travel logistics invitations and award ceremony
- Conduct quarterly audits of federal state and local employment posters and recommend remediation
- Track and manage department budget and process invoices
- Collaborate with cross functional team members on projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Business or related field
- Two or more years of progressive analysis or consulting experience in HR operations
- Experience handling highly confidential data
- Experience designing and developing reports and dashboards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Project management and project coordination skills
- Ability to identify issues propose solutions and build partnerships
