Job Description

Summary

Support the Global Employee Relations Center of Excellence by managing analytics projects operations and communications. Serve as a project lead on initiatives including events department budget HR case management systems and intranet sites while partnering with HR colleagues to deliver continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Gather data from HRIS systems and analyze trends to create reports dashboards and presentations
  • Optimize performance and usage of tools such as Scout Oracle and project plans
  • Maintain and improve Employee Relations and Leave Management intranet pages
  • Draft employee communications and respond to inquiries from departmental emails
  • Provide project management for annual company events including vendor sourcing travel logistics invitations and award ceremony
  • Conduct quarterly audits of federal state and local employment posters and recommend remediation
  • Track and manage department budget and process invoices
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members on projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Business or related field
  • Two or more years of progressive analysis or consulting experience in HR operations
  • Experience handling highly confidential data
  • Experience designing and developing reports and dashboards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Project management and project coordination skills
  • Ability to identify issues propose solutions and build partnerships
