Coordinator Inventory

As a Coordinator Inventory at Oakley, you will be responsible for managing all warehouse-related activities for NPI, ensuring inventory integrity and organization. You will play a key role in moving materials, picking orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Manage NPI storage location to ensure physical inventory accuracy.
• Receive components into storage location from engineers.
• Process all NPIC milestones upon put away.
• Own 5S of NPI storage location.
• Provide feedback to NPI planner on custom components readiness.
• Pick and deliver all components as needed for POs.
• Work with Team lead to ensure 2nd shift requirements are met.
• Cost out components and finished goods to Engineering and product.
• Sort samples for shipping to various regions.

• High School diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• SAP experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools – Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Fluent in English.
• Understanding of Operations processes (preferred).
• Understanding of assembly parts, bill of materials, and assembly processes (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• Continuous improvement/Lean six sigma experience (preferred).
