Responsibilities

• Offer tailored fragrance consultations and product demonstrations to clients
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive client engagement
• Build and maintain client relationships and manage follow up
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation of fragrance displays
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties accurately
• Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Ensure compliance with brand policies and store procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty advisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Passion for fragrances and luxury beauty products
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand
