Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and engaging in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online customers using technology.
• Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and trend advice.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements while maintaining compelling merchandise presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience required, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, safety rules, and procedural manuals.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, perform occasional bending and reaching, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
