The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor will provide exceptional client service and product knowledge to drive sales and enhance the luxury brand experience within a high end retail setting. This role involves personalized consultations, performing beauty services, and maintaining a polished presentation of products and displays. The position is full time and temporary at the Boca Raton location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients
• Perform makeup applications and demonstrate product usage
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through clienteling and proactive outreach
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are presentable
• Process transactions and handle client purchases accurately

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience
