Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador, you deliver exceptional customer service and curate personalized styling experiences that reflect the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. You drive sales through clienteling, outreach, and digital tools while supporting store standards and coaching peers. This role supports store initiatives and contributes to team performance and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service, product knowledge, and styling recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Drive individual sales and contribute to team sales plans through outreach, clienteling, and use of CRM tools.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer-centric behaviors and sales performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and support merchandising and company initiatives.
• Balance tasks on the sales floor, participate in community outreach, and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends; experience with digital selling and CRM tools preferred.
