Dior Shoe Ambassador

Summary

Working with the Saks team, the Dior Shoe Ambassador is responsible for day-to-day sales support, client journey and recruitment, and operational and visual merchandising for the Dior shoe business. The role delivers personalized service, expert product knowledge, and brand storytelling to elevate the client experience and drive sales. The ambassador also supports POS operations, inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, and daily reporting to maintain boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong Dior brand presence and adhere to all brand standards.
• Create a welcoming client experience through personalized service and relationship building.
• Provide product knowledge, styling guidance, and training to leased department store teams.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
• Perform POS transactions, opening and closing procedures, and daily sales and banking reconciliation.
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, stock audits, shipments, transfers, and returns.
• Maintain stockroom organization, supply ordering, and daily operational tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to company policies and compliance.
