Summary

Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in Women's Ready To Wear. Provide personalized styling advice, build lasting client relationships, and maintain visual and merchandising standards on the sales floor. This is a full-time, in-store role based at the Palm Beach Gardens location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide styling recommendations for women's ready-to-wear merchandise.
• Drive sales through clienteling, suggestive selling, and follow-up to meet individual and store targets.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock floor, execute visual directives, and ensure a tidy sales environment.
• Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts, price checks, and floor moves as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or styling experience, preferably in women's apparel or department store environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak shopping periods.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift and move merchandise safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
