Summary
The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor will deliver personalized beauty consultations and represent luxury skincare and makeup products to clients at a high-end retail location. This role focuses on driving sales through product knowledge, tailored recommendations, and exceptional client service while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one beauty consultations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and client retention.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on brand launches and trends.
- Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand visual standards and boutique guidelines.
- Process transactions and manage client records accurately.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in training and staff meetings to enhance selling skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or as a cosmetics advisor.
- Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare products and application techniques.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client focus.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Basic POS and retail systems proficiency.
