The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor builds customer relationships through outstanding service and expert product knowledge. This role supports sales in store and online while providing beauty advice, makeup application lessons, and skin care consultations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, seamless, and engaging customer experience.
• Drive sales with in-store and online customers using available technology.
• Provide makeup application lessons, skin care consultations, treatments, and trend advice.
• Support merchandising and operational requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience; cosmetics experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
