Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a luxury cosmetics environment at the Chevy Chase location. Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one beauty consultations and product demonstrations for clients
• Recommend and sell skincare and makeup products to meet client needs
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals
• Build and maintain a client book through follow up and appointment scheduling
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Process transactions and handle cash wrap duties accurately
• Participate in team meetings and training to stay current on products

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience
• Strong knowledge of skincare and makeup products and application techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand
