Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, supporting store goals and promoting brand standards. This part-time sales role focuses on building relationships, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, and assisting customers across multiple purchase channels. The position supports team training, embraces new technology for sales, and serves as an entry point to future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to build clientele
• Support omnichannel sales processes such as ship-to-home, virtual appointments, and digital tools
• Maintain sales floor standards, visual presentation, and product accessibility
• Participate in team training and share feedback with management on opportunities

Requirements

• Retail or specialty sales experience preferred
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and teammates
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort using store technology and alternative purchasing platforms
