Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales on the retail floor at the Tysons Corner location. The role focuses on engaging customers, maintaining merchandising standards, and assisting with transactions to support store performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge, and drive sales through personalized service.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure product presentation meets store standards.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support floor resets and events.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Basic cash handling and POS operation experience; attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
