Summary

Louis Vuitton DC City Center is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to deliver exceptional, personalized service and build long-term client relationships. The role focuses on advising clients across all product categories, tailoring in-store experiences, and supporting store sales objectives using in-house clienteling tools. Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals.
• Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
• Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
• Tailor the in-store experience to client needs and provide personalized service.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury environment.
• Strong sales and commercial mindset with a passion for client service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Willingness to learn brand and product knowledge and use clienteling tools.
