Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.

• Maintain floor presentation and merchandising standards for the women's ready-to-wear department.
• Process sales transactions, handle returns, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Participate in inventory activities, restocking, and loss-prevention practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or commission-based sales experience, preferably in women's apparel.
• Strong customer service, styling, and communication skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Availability to work a part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and peak holiday periods.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting and merchandising tasks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
