Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct one-on-one beauty consultations.
• Recommend products based on skin type preferences and client needs.
• Demonstrate product application techniques and provide samples when appropriate.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain merchandising standards and keep displays stocked and organized.
• Process transactions and handle point of sale operations accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or beauty advisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics products and application methods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends.

• Basic math skills and experience with point of sale systems.
