Responsibilities

• Conduct one on one beauty and skincare consultations with clients.
• Demonstrate product application techniques and product benefits.
• Recommend and sell appropriate products to meet client needs.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product displays.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships and follow up on sales.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Keep up to date on product knowledge and brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of skincare products and application techniques preferred.
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
