Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess fragrance preferences and needs
• Provide product demonstrations and personalized recommendations

• Process transactions and handle point of sale operations
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory counts
• Follow store policies and ensure a clean welcoming environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or beauty sales experience
• Strong knowledge of mens fragrances and grooming products preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation to Fashion Valley location
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
