Job Description

Summary

Join our team as a Cosmetics Beauty Advisor at our Orlando location, where you will provide exceptional service and expertise in beauty products, focusing on Mercier and NARS brands. You will engage with customers to enhance their beauty experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mercier and NARS products and trends.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
  • Ensure the beauty counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail or beauty environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for beauty products and trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
