Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor to assess needs and recommend fragrance and skincare products.
• Achieve individual and brand sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
• Maintain product displays, samples, and inventory to brand and store standards.
• Provide product demonstrations, samples, and follow-up to build repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail beauty or fragrance sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of fragrance and skincare products or willingness to complete brand training.
