Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
• Deliver personalized fragrance and beauty experiences and product demonstrations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and promote new product launches.
• Process transactions and handle returns following store policies.
• Maintain merchandised displays and ensure visual standards are upheld.
• Stock inventory and assist with backroom organization and replenishment.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fragrance and cosmetic products preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
