Responsibilities

• Deliver one on one consultations to assess client needs and recommend products
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on brand offerings
• Create and grow a client book through outreach and follow up
• Provide samples and guided product experiences when appropriate
• Merchandise displays and ensure visual standards are met
• Process transactions and handle returns according to store policy

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for fragrance and skincare with ability to learn product details
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
