Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a retail setting. Deliver excellent customer service to drive sales and maintain brand standards at the Willow Grove location. Support merchandising and promotional activities to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one on one consultations to assess client needs and recommend products.
• Demonstrate product application techniques and provide product knowledge.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through clienteling and follow up.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product displays according to brand standards.
• Process transactions and handle returns in line with store policies.
• Participate in promotional events and in store training sessions.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
• Comfortable with product demonstrations and makeup application.
• Team player with attention to detail and professional appearance.
