Responsibilities

• Engage customers, conduct product demonstrations, and recommend personalized beauty solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals and support in-store promotions.
• Maintain merchandising, stocking, and presentation standards for the cosmetics counter.
• Process transactions, returns, and samples accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
