Summary

Provide personalized skincare and cosmetic consultations to customers at the Kiehl's counter in Willowbrook Mall. Deliver exceptional client service to drive sales and build lasting client relationships while maintaining merchandising and product knowledge. This part-time role requires a professional, service-oriented approach and collaboration with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Offer product recommendations and one-on-one consultations to customers to meet their skincare and beauty needs.
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling, and follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in trainings on skincare and cosmetics.
• Keep the counter organized, stocked, and visually merchandised to brand and store standards; assist with inventory.
• Process transactions, handle exchanges or returns, and follow store policies for cash handling and loss prevention.

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty advisory experience preferred; strong customer service background required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks related to merchandising and stocking.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
