Cosmetics Counter Manager

Summary

Manage daily operations of a cosmetics counter within a retail environment, driving sales and delivering exceptional client service while representing the fragrance brand. Lead and coach the counter team to achieve performance goals and maintain merchandising and product presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise counter staff including scheduling and performance management
• Drive sales through client engagement and product knowledge
• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet brand standards
• Manage inventory and stock replenishment for the counter
• Coach and train team on product features and sales techniques
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty
• Execute promotions and in-store events to increase traffic and sales

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant retail or beauty management experience
• Proven sales and leadership track record in a cosmetics or luxury retail setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of beauty products and fragrance preferred
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
