Summary

The General Manager leads all store operations for the Bridgewater location, driving sales, customer experience, and team performance. This role oversees daily retail functions, inventory and visual standards while developing staff and executing company initiatives to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of store operations and team performance
• Drive sales and achieve financial targets through effective merchandising and customer engagement
• Recruit hire train and develop store staff
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Manage inventory control loss prevention and stock replenishment
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Implement company policies procedures and promotional activities

• Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets
