Cosmetics Counter Manager

Summary

Manage daily operations of the cosmetics counter, lead a small sales team, and ensure outstanding customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and brand loyalty. Responsible for merchandising, inventory control, and executing in-store promotional activities while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach counter sales team to meet individual and store sales goals
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures for the counter
• Maintain merchandising standards and product presentation
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to customers
• Execute brand promotions and in-store events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention procedures

Requirements

• Proven retail management experience with cosmetics or beauty counters
• Strong sales leadership and team coaching skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
