Summary

Manage daily operations of a cosmetics counter within a department setting, driving sales and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Lead and coach counter staff to meet performance targets while maintaining brand standards. Collaborate with store leadership to execute merchandising and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily counter operations and ensure product presentation meets brand guidelines
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and counter sales goals
• Coach, train, and schedule counter staff to optimize performance
• Provide personalized client consultations and build lasting relationships
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment
• Execute promotional events and in-store marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention and operational policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail or beauty management experience
• Proven sales leadership and coaching skills
• Strong product knowledge of cosmetics and beauty trends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
