Summary

The Cosmetics Counter Manager develops and supervises a productive team of Beauty Advisors, delivering excellent customer service and selling across in-store and online channels. The role builds client relationships, supports product knowledge, and maintains an engaging sales floor and compelling merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless, enjoyable in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
• Lead Beauty Advisors to provide welcoming service, product knowledge, and strong productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and procedural manuals.
• Availability for flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
