Responsibilities

• Lead and coach counter team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Manage daily operations including inventory control and visual merchandising

• Recruit, train, and schedule counter staff to meet business needs

Requirements

• Minimum four years of retail or beauty management experience
