Summary

Manage daily operations of a cosmetics counter, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service while leading a small team. Ensure brand standards are maintained and inventory is accurately managed. Partner with store leadership to meet targets and support promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach counter team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management or cosmetics counter leadership.
