Summary

Manage day-to-day operations of a cosmetics counter within a department store, driving sales and delivering exceptional client service while leading a small team. Ensure merchandising standards are met and work closely with brand representatives to achieve business goals. Act as the primary on-site leader for the counter and maintain strong relationships with store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train counter staff to meet sales and service targets
• Drive product knowledge and provide personalized client consultations
• Manage merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail or cosmetics management experience
• Proven sales leadership and team coaching skills
• Strong customer service and clienteling abilities

• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
• Knowledge of cosmetics products and beauty trends
