Summary

Manage daily operations of the cosmetics counter at a flagship location on North Michigan Avenue, overseeing sales, merchandising, and team performance to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate cosmetics counter team to achieve sales goals and deliver high level customer service
• Manage daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Schedule team members and manage staffing needs for peak periods
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and store policies
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Execute promotions and product launches in coordination with brand partners

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail or beauty management experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
