Responsibilities

• Lead and coach counter team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Create staff schedules and manage daily staffing needs
• Train team on product knowledge, makeup techniques, and brand standards
• Ensure visual merchandising and product displays meet brand guidelines
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management or supervisory experience in cosmetics or beauty
• Proven sales leadership and team coaching skills
• Strong product knowledge of cosmetics and makeup application
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising
