Counter Manager - Park Meadows

Summary

The Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for assigned beauty brands. This role combines customer service, product education, and sales leadership in a commissioned retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customer goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready counter while building customer loyalty.
• Keep current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, regularly lift up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
