Curating Associate - Fashion Island

As a Curating Associate at RH in Fashion Island, Newport Beach, you will play a key role in representing the RH brand through polished communication and professionalism. You will work closely with the Gallery Leadership Team and corporate partners to execute creative vision and elevate the client experience.

• Represent the RH brand through polished communication and personal appearance.
• Work with the Gallery Leadership Team, Curators, and corporate partners to execute creative vision and drive sales.
• Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets while upholding visual integrity of the Gallery.
• Train and mentor the Gallery team on floor sets, quality and visual standards.
• Assist in maintaining inventory integrity.
• Read and audit planograms and visual maps.
• Learn and communicate the RH design ethos and product assortment.

• 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Excellent technical ability to leverage multiple platforms to track inventory.
• Strategic, highly organized, and results-oriented.
• Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and overcome obstacles with creative problem solving.
• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
