Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through polished communication and professional presentation
- Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets while upholding visual standards
- Train and mentor gallery team on floor sets signage graphics and maintenance
- Work with leadership curators and corporate partners to execute creative vision
- Read and audit planograms and visual maps and offer creative point of view
- Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and track replacements
- Drive team engagement empowerment and accountability to achieve results
- Learn and communicate design ethos product assortment and product care
Requirements
- 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field
- Excellent technical ability to leverage multiple platforms to track inventory
- Strategic highly organized and results oriented
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and solve problems creatively
- Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and perform physical gallery tasks
